According to historians, 29 signers of the Declaration of Independence held seminary or Bible school degrees and knew that 1500+ Bible verses on government. Eleven years later they constructed the Constitution that held ideas that resembled Scripture. For example:

  • Art III: Sec. 3: Witnesses – Deut. 17:6
  • III, Sec. 3: Attainder – Ezekiel 18:20

  • Three Branches of Government: Isaiah 33: 22
  • Tax-exemptions for Churches – Ezra 7:24
  • Republicanism – Exodus 18:21

Furthermore, it was once a requirement to be a believer in Jesus Christ to hold public office.
