Ohio Passes Law Upholding Students’ Religious Freedom in Public Schools

Thanks to Ohio Prayer Caucus Chairman, Rep. Ginter, and many members of the Prayer Caucus, House Bill 164, passed in a nearly unanimous action. Ohio legislators affirmed what we know and love about America, students should not give up their First Amendment freedoms when they are at school.

All too often now students and teachers are being punished for living out their faith in their public lives. This is a win for religious clubs or students who express religious viewpoints in their class work.
