Will you answer the call?

“During some of the darkest days of the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln reminded his fellow Americans that “we have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of heaven.” To be born in a land of freedom, to live in a nation founded as “One Nation Under God” by those who served the one, true God of the Bible, is both a tremendous privilege and a great responsibility.”  – The American Patriot’s Bible

It is now our responsibility to:

Pray. 2 Chron. 7:14 ” If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins and heal their land.”

Process. Revisit what a Biblical Worldview means to you.  Become familiar with the original Biblical principles of which this nation is founded.

Participate. Just like it is the responsibility of every person of faith to pray and spend time with the Lord, it is our God given responsibility to steward the earth and preserve that which He established; specifically for this nation and our freedom.

Sacrifice. The sacrifice that is required is not of blood or loved ones as it was when this nation was founded.  Instead, it means giving financially to organizations that are contending for this nation, or taking time out of your day to pray, or maybe taking 20 minutes a day to become informed on important topics.  If we don’t make these sacrifices now, it could mean the literal lives of our children or our children’s children.

Prayer: Lord please give us your heart for this nation.  Stir in us a passion to return back to you.  Show us how to be involved.  Educate, equip, and protect us.  We want to do something now and believe that with You all things are possible.
