Join me and others TODAY for the National Day of Prayer
May 3, 2018

Prayer is powerful. Prayer transcends race, political affiliation, and all other cultural barriers. Prayer brings UNITY. Prayer changes things.

Today is the National Day of Prayer and this year’s theme is UNITY, based upon Ephesians 4:3, “Making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

“There is no great movement of God that has ever occurred that does not begin with the extraordinary prayer of God’s people.” Dr. Ronnie Floyd, President of the National Day of Prayer.

We invite you to watch the National Observance live in Washington D.C. where I will be joining Dr. Ronnie Floyd, Priscilla Shirer, Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and more as we #Pray4Unity! Watch the livestream on their website.

Also, there are thousands of prayer events taking place across this nation, click here to find one near you!

Please take time, no matter where you are, this and every day to pray for national, state, and local leaders. As long as there is prayer, there is hope for America.

P.S. The National Day of Prayer was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of Congress, and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman. In 1988, the law was amended and signed by President Ronald Reagan, establishing the National Day of Prayer as the first day in May. Each year, the President signs a proclamation to encourage Americans to pray on this day. Let’s all join our prayers with the millions who have gone before us.
